You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use AICHATMSG for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, spamming or sending unsolicited messages without user consent, violating WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party platform policies, transmitting harmful code, malware, or viruses, harassment, abuse, hate speech, or offensive content, or infringing intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. WhatsApp and Third-Party Compliance AICHATMSG relies on third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business APIs. You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party terms and policies, obtain necessary end-user consent before sending messages, and accept that changes in third-party services may affect platform functionality. We are not responsible for account suspension or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or other third parties. Subscription, Pricing and Payments Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed on the website or dashboard. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of service. Intellectual Property All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and technology used in AICHATMSG are the exclusive property of Codly India Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your business purposes.
